  • Serve as the organization's graphic designer, producing all print and digital collateral; direct all public-facing creative across every channel and format. 

  • Direct all communications and public-facing content for a multi-phase $9.4 million capital relocation campaign, including donor messaging, case statements, and stakeholder presentations. 

  • Design and manage digital platforms from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization, serving as UX/UI Designer, Information Architect, and Content Strategist for all organizational digital properties. 

  • Relaunched gotonations.org with improved design capability, integration, online giving, crowdfunding, volunteer engagement, dashboards, and intranet resources — delivered in six months. 

  • Developed learn.gotonations.org, a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) hosting HR compliance, employee and volunteer onboarding, leadership development, and missional training courses, including AI-driven training video production via Synthesia AI. 

  • Designed and manages gotonations.store, a print-on-demand eCommerce site extending organizational brand recognition. 

  • Built and maintains organization-wide file architecture, naming conventions, and version control systems across Google Workspace for a globally distributed staff of 2,000+. 

  • Oversee Go To Nations Publishing: copyediting, cover design, layout, translation, and global distribution of organizational publications.

Coordinated the preparation and deployment of new missionaries to the nations by working closely with the VP of Equipping and International Apprenticeship and Internship Directors. Streamlined and digitized applications, onboarding procedures, and deployment processes, ensuring consistency, departmental efficiency, and legal compliance.
