Digital Ecosystem Transformation
In 2025, I led the strategic consolidation of five legacy websites into a unified CRM and CMS ecosystem serving global audiences across web and mobile experiences. The resulting platform, gotonations.org, became the organization's central hub for communications, fundraising, recruiting, volunteer engagement, secure dashboards, and intranet resources.
A key objective of the transformation was eliminating paper-based engagement processes that no longer aligned with how younger audiences interact with organizations. Applications for short-term missions, international internships, and missionary service previously required printed forms, notarized liability waivers, and manually scanned documents. I led the development of a fully integrated digital experience that included online applications, DocuSign integration for legal travel releases, CRM workflows, and administrative dashboards that now enable users to apply, give, track progress, and engage with teams entirely through a connected ecosystem.
I established the platform's strategic vision, information architecture, content strategy, and user experience framework, redesigning navigation systems and messaging to create more engaging, audience-centered experiences. Guided by StoryBrand principles, the relaunch intentionally repositioned missionaries, donors, volunteers, and partners as the heroes of the story, creating clearer pathways for participation and deeper connection with the mission.
Partnering with platform consultants and organizational stakeholders, I directed digital strategy, workflow design, governance models, and implementation efforts that significantly increased flexibility and long-term scalability. Functioning as both strategic leader and principal practitioner, I led the initiative end-to-end—from vision and information architecture to messaging strategy, content development, governance, and implementation.
Completed in six months, the transformation modernized the organization's digital infrastructure and established a connected engagement ecosystem that continues to evolve through ongoing user experience enhancements, dashboard development, workflow improvements, and financial reporting integrations.

eCommerce & Brand Extension
In 2025, I launched gotonations.store, redesigning the organization's e-commerce experience by decommissioning a legacy merchandise website and consolidating commerce operations onto Square to create a fully integrated point-of-sale and print-on-demand platform.
The initiative was driven by the need to eliminate operational inefficiencies associated with managing physical inventory, including staff burden, inconsistent product availability, shipping administration, and limited scalability. I developed a commerce strategy that leveraged Square's capabilities and transitioned the organization to a sustainable, on-demand fulfillment model.
I established the platform's strategic direction, brand experience, product architecture, and operational framework, overseeing both the commerce ecosystem and the creative development of branded merchandise that supports organizational visibility, campaign initiatives, and community engagement.
Working with a third-party production partner, I directed merchandise design, platform implementation, and customer experience considerations while establishing streamlined processes for pricing, fulfillment, and order management. The resulting model eliminated inventory management requirements and created a low-overhead, scalable commerce operation that supports continued brand expansion without increasing staff workload or operational complexity.
