Turning complexity into clear, engaging, globally accessible experiences.

Enterprise Communications & Campaign Leadership

Leading communications for a global organization operating across 121 nations, I provide enterprise leadership for organizational positioning, executive messaging, integrated communications, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

As a communications advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership, I help shape organizational narratives and translate vision, priorities, complex information, and global impact into clear, credible communications for internal and external audiences. My work includes executive ghostwriting, talking points, press releases, video scripts, organizational announcements, stakeholder communications, and presentations for public-facing opportunities.

I direct annual communications and editorial planning across digital, social, email, video, print, and live-event experiences while translating global impact metrics and investment outcomes into reports, case statements, grant narratives, and donor communications that demonstrate organizational value and strengthen stakeholder confidence.

I also lead global field reporting and crisis communications, exercising sound judgment to deliver timely, accurate, and brand-aligned messaging during natural disasters, political unrest, and other significant events affecting our global network. Through ongoing field communications, I connect stakeholders with meaningful stories, emerging needs, measurable outcomes, and opportunities to respond.

For a multi-phase $9.4 million capital campaign, I translate executive vision into cohesive campaign branding, donor communications, presentations, multimedia, print collateral, merchandise, and integrated event experiences, contributing to more than $6.5 million raised to date.

Digital Ecosystem Transformation

I direct the ongoing strategy, development, and evolution of Go To Nations’ digital ecosystem. In 2025, I led the consolidation and relaunch of five legacy websites into a unified CRM and CMS ecosystem serving global audiences across web and mobile experiences. The resulting platform, gotonations.org, became the organization's central hub for communications, fundraising, recruiting, volunteer engagement, secure dashboards, and intranet resources.

A key objective of the transformation was eliminating paper-based engagement processes that no longer aligned with how younger audiences interact with organizations. Applications for short-term missions, international internships, and missionary service previously required printed forms, notarized liability waivers, and manually scanned documents. I led the development of a fully integrated digital experience that included online applications, DocuSign integration for legal travel releases, CRM workflows, and administrative dashboards that now enable users to apply, give, track progress, and engage with teams entirely through a connected ecosystem.

I established the platform's strategic vision, information architecture, content strategy, and user experience framework, redesigning navigation systems and messaging to create more engaging, audience-centered experiences. Guided by StoryBrand principles, the relaunch intentionally repositioned missionaries, donors, volunteers, and partners as the heroes of the story, creating clearer pathways for participation and deeper connection with the mission.

Partnering with platform consultants and organizational stakeholders, I directed workflow design, governance, and implementation to increase flexibility and long-term scalability. Functioning as both executive lead and principal practitioner, I guided the initiative end-to-end—from strategic vision and information architecture through messaging, content development, user experience, and implementation.

Completed in six months, the 2025 consolidation and relaunch modernized the organization’s digital infrastructure and established a connected engagement ecosystem that continues to evolve through ongoing user experience enhancements, dashboard development, workflow improvements, and financial reporting integrations.

Global Publishing & Learning Ecosystem

I oversee Go To Nations Publishing, the organization’s publishing arm, transforming organizational knowledge, leadership development, and training resources into globally accessible content that equips leaders and churches worldwide.

Working closely with authors, executive leadership, translators, and publishing partners, I direct the full publishing lifecycle—from editorial development and content strategy through production, translation, distribution, and global partnerships. Under my leadership, Go To Nations Publishing has released 28 books in four years and expanded resources into six additional languages: Bulgarian, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, and Russian.

I conceptualized, named, and built learn.gotonations.org, transforming a newly acquired Moodle platform into a centralized learning ecosystem supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, leadership development, organizational training, and global resource distribution.

My role extends beyond learning-system development. I design and deliver in-person training, virtual onboarding and orientation, online courses, instructional materials, operational manuals, and systems training that equip employees and missionaries to effectively adopt new technologies, platforms, programs, and organizational processes. I also develop interactive learning experiences and AI-supported instructional videos that expand access to consistent, scalable training.

I lead initiatives to modernize, preserve, and expand access to more than 45 years of institutional knowledge by digitizing legacy teachings, developing interactive organizational resources, creating secure intranet experiences, and directing historical storytelling initiatives, including a forthcoming organizational history and companion feature documentary currently in production.
